![]() ![]() ![]() There’s always Chipotle, but one of our favorite local Mexican restaurants just took over a space just a few blocks from our apartment, so we hiked over there to satisfy our cravings. Add tequila, orange juice, and lime juice. Skewer a few spears of fresh mango on a cocktail skewer and garnish the mango margarita. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds and strain into the prepared margarita glass. Add the tequila, lime juice and mango simple syrup. Put Tajín (or salt) on a plate and roll the the lip of the glass to create a salted rim. Fill the glass with fresh ice and set aside. The following is our inspired version with a fruity, spicy twist!
